[At end of essay:]
  This wild notion, this barbarous expectation is wittily
ridiculed by the author cited in a former paper
   So a wild Tartar when he spies
   A man that's handsome, valiant, wise,
   If he can kill him thinks t'inherit
   His wit, his beauty, and his spirit;
   As if just so much he enjoy'd
   As is another is destroy'd.
But many will observe his success in these attempts, is only
to catch a Tartar.
